1. CONTEST SPONSORS
Contest sponsored by North American Fisherman, the Quebec Outfitters Federation, Tourisme Quebec, Yamaha, Frabill, Gamehide, Yeti Coolers and Plano.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
The promotion will run from 12am (EST) on January 1st, 2010 and will end at 11:59pm (EST) on Wednesday June 30th, 2010. The contest sponsors reserve the right to modify scheduling of the promotion without prior notice.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Employees of North American Fisherman, the Quebec Outfitters Federation, Tourisme Quebec, Yamaha, Frabill, Gamehide, Yeti Coolers and Plano their affiliated companies, sales agencies, suppliers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, public relations agencies and their immediate family and household members are ineligible. Eligibility for prizes for the Quiver of Dreams is restricted to residents of Canada (legal residents of the 9 Provinces and 3 Territories who currently reside in Canada, legal residents of Quebec are excluded from entry) and the United States only (legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who currently reside in the U.S). who are 18 years of age or older on date of entry. Must have parent's permission to enter if age 13 or under.No mechanically reproduced entries will be allowed. Use of automatic devices for entry is not valid. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an internet/online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the registered holder of the email account. By entering this Promotion, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing in the United States and Canada only and shall be construed, evaluated and governed by and subject to the laws of the US and Canada.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Entrants will be able to enter the Quebec's Ultimate Fishing Adventure promotion online by visiting the http://www.quebecoutfitters.com website, clicking on the Enter Contest link, registering on the site by entering first and last names, email addresses, phone number and their region. Participants will be automatically eligible for the grand prize and the gear prizes. Any other method of online or Internet entry is void. Sponsors not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, stolen, misdirected, returned, non-deliverable, illegible entries, unavailable network connections or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. All entries are the property of the sponsors and no entries will be acknowledged or returned.
5. ERRORS OR OMISSIONS
The contest sponsors are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website or any combination thereof. Contest sponsors are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any materials related to the promotion, or for mail-in entries that are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or postage-due. All entries become the property of the sponsors and will not be returned. The sponsors reserve the right to cancel the electronic method of promotion entry if it becomes technically corrupted. Participants may be disqualified, at the sole discretion of sponsors if you attempt (i) to enter the promotion through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (ii) to disrupt the promotion, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with the promotion. If either of the above occurs, the sponsors have the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. WINNER
One winner per prize will be selected in an electronically randomized manner at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on the first day following the end of the promotion period. Should a winner not accept the prize – or should the selected person not meet eligibility requirements – an alternate winner will be randomly selected. If the judges determine at their sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. The sponsors may require the winner to provide proof that they are the authorized account holders of the email address used to enter the promotion. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize. Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified by an e-mail sent to the e-mail address used when entering. The sponsors are not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of email addresses that are no longer correct. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made within 15 days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner contacted. The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (except where prohibited by law) within thirty (30) days of notification in order to claim the prize. The winner's Affidavit of Eligibility must be complete – in the US, the winner must supply a Social Security Number as applicable. The winner's social insurance number or social security number will be used solely to verify eligibility and for tax reporting purposes. The information in the winner's Affidavit of Eligibility must be correct or the winner is disqualified. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release as required, or if the Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. By participation in this promotion, except where prohibited by law, the winner grants the sponsors and their affiliated companies the right to use the winner's name, likeness, picture, voice, and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide and in any media including but not limited to the world wide web without additional compensation or further notification, permission or consideration.
8. REDEMPTION
The sponsors of the prizes will deliver the prizes to the winners electronically based upon the email address shown on the winning entries. Prizes are not transferable do not carry any monetary value and cannot be redeemed as such. All prize winners are responsible for all applicable state or federal taxes. The winner of the fishing trip will be responsible for all additional items & expenses, including, without limitation, meals, beverages, entertainment, lodging, gratuities, insurance, taxes, fees & surcharges incurred outside the timelines of the actual trip. Without limiting the foregoing, no fishing supplies will be provided. Applicable taxidermy is winner’s sole responsibility & cost. Product sponsors reserve the right to substitute applicable product depending on availability.
9. CONDITIONS
By participating in the promotion, you agree to release and hold the sponsors and their directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the promotion or any product purchased, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. Where permissible, acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation. This promotion is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsors and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the promotion or these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the promotion, including, but not limited to, selecting winners, will be made by the sponsors, whose decisions shall be final.

14. DISQUALIFICATION
The sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of use of the web site by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated entry programs), or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass Sponsor or any other person.
15. SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Legal Restrictions is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to judicial decree or decision, the remainder of the Legal Restrictions shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. The parties intend that the provisions of these Legal Restrictions be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
